Thank you for supporting Truce Tea Co. Every order is packed with care from our small business in British Columbia.

At this time, we ship within Canada. We hope to expand to the US and additional countries in the future.

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.

As a small business, there may occasionally be slight delays during busy periods or product restocks. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully prepare each order.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates provided by Canada Post and may vary depending on your location and seasonal shipping volumes.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

Once shipped, parcels become the property of the courier. Truce Tea Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged items. However, if you think your item has been lost, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
